Darknut Papercraft by im-tall Darknut Papercraft by im-tall
This is my Darknut papercraft from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. It's my biggest one I've made (about 50 cm with the sword), and maybe the hardest. I'm quite proud of it. I think it's better than my Skyward Sword Link papercraft I made. Here's the link to the craft: [link]

This took me about 3 weeks to build. And yes, you can take off the helmet. You can also switch the swords.

Credit to Ignatius for making the template.

This was one of my favorite mini-boss fights (along with Deathsword), especially with the music and how careful I had to be.

You can start off with the OoT or MM papercrafts. They're really simple since it doesn't have very many polygons.

This should be good:

oh.. so how did you learn this art form? i have no idea about origami, except that it gives paper different shape. So is there a name for the art form you use for your work?

It's called papercrafting. You download and print out the templates, cut it out, fold, and glue together.

This is the mother of all papercrafts. been building for about half a week now. huge and difficult, but completely worth the effort. really, really awesome model!

Protip: if you wanna build it, boot up smash bros. brawl and look at the darknut trophy for reference. Really helps

nevertheless, this thing is one awesome piece of crafting! probably the best i've ever build, and I'm not even close to being finished.
